Swine Flu Crisis Grant

Funding Aging Research

Maximum Life Foundation is vitally concerned about the present Swine Flu pandemic and its impact on the health and longevity of the world populations.

Scientists have now drawn unequivocal and alarming parallels between the 2009 Swine Flu and the historic data from the single most catastrophic, pervasive and deadly event in recorded history, the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic. The Spanish Flu infected 1/3 of the world’s population and killed as many as 100,000,000 people. In its aftermath, life expectancy was reduced by over ten years to what remained the actuarial nadir of the 20th Century.

The Maximum Life Foundation is raising an initial $2 million of targeted funds for a grant to the Emergency Passive Immunization Project, for the research and development of a new proprietary cyclic peptide that may be efficacious as a non-toxic, low cost preventative and treatment for the H1N1 Swine Flu virus.
